Jake Glanville

Jake Glanville has collected songs for over 80 years. In the '60s he attended the Singers’ Club run by Ewan MacColl and Peggy Seeger, and was charged with writing a protest song about the Vietnam war. Later, he composed songs in support of the Miners’ Strike of 1984–5.
